After working together on THROWAWAY, Michael Halper and I have decided to go forward on production of our short film THE LAST TENANT. We've been working on the script since October, and will agressively push forward on finalizing the script, casting, and applicable pre-production. The locations have already been decided on and confirmed, and the majority of the crew will consist of Michael and me. So now all we need is a cast!

Principal Photography wrapped early this morning on the short film, THROWAWAY! Production went very smoothly, and Brian Fitzpatrick and Dennis Widmyer were awesome! In fact, the entire cast and crew was excellent, and without their enerfy and patience, things certainly wouldn't have gone as smooth. The film is now in the hands of Michael Halper for post-production (he also was Director of Photography for THROWAWAY), and the current goal is to have a cut finished by the upcoming deadline for Screamfest (http://www.screamfestla.com/).

Production begins today for a film called THROWAWAY, in which I will be working as crew. The film is co-wrote, and will be co-directed, by Brain Fitzpatrick, and Dennis Widmyer (of Kinky Mule Films: http://www.kinkymulefilms.com/). THROWAWAY is a short film intended for horror festivals, and is expected to be wrapped by the end of the weekend.

We had another production meeting today with John Nodilo for the project YIELD. The goal of the meeting was to further plan and develop each character as the writing process continues. John has set a timetable for the end of this month for the initial film outline to be completed, and it looks as though September is still a reasonable timeframe for production.

Michael Halper and I have completed our first drafts of a short film adaptation we are writing. The short is called CONTINUUM, and it is inspired by a feature length filml of the same title, also written by us. We plan to use the short film as a marketing tool/Promo to help secure funding for a feature length project. There is also tentative plans to enter CONTINUUM (the short) into a short film festival. More details to come!
