One of the Heinz ketchup commercials I wrote and starred in has been chosen by a new cable show called ONLINE NATION to air in one of their upcoming episodes! ONLINE NATION is on the CW Network, and it is essentially a YouTube-style AMERICA'S FUNNIEST VIDEOS. The commercial they selected is the 5-Second Rule (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mMyTmAKlSdA)! More details to come!

Shooting began today on THE UNTITLED PAUL CRUZ PILOT. I have been very involved with this project for awhile, but was keeping it under wraps until now. The project will be produced by Robin Fellows, the Producer of the Indie Hits such as THE PITCH and THE WAITER. It will star Paul Cruz, Academy Award winning Director James Moll, and Academy Award Nominee Sally Kirkland. I was involved as a casting associate for the project, and I have also been brought on to fill various crew positions for the production. in addition, I will have a featured role in what will be the pilot presentation part of the project.

HAUNTED is complete! The film turned out to be slightly longer than 11 minutes, and the finished project looks great! We have edited down a shortened version (under 8 minutes) for the Dare to Direct contest for ChillerTV (an all-horror channel from NBC Universal). The deadline was at midnight, and Michael and I were working on the film right up to the last minute! But what matters is that the film was accepted, so check back for updates!

Production on HAUNTED is going very smoothly, and I am pleased to say that my first experience as a Producer has been awesome! Only a few more days of shooting before the film gets in the hands of Michael Halper- the very talented editor of Ascentia Films. The shots Michael is getting as DP of this project look great, and I know it'll turn out to be a pretty neat short film.
